Fernie Rizo

Director of Operations

Coach Fernie Rizo is the Director of Operations of the San Antonio Chapter of ProSkills. He comes to us with 25 years of coaching experience, including 6 years as a high school varsity basketball coach at Ysleta HS and 4 years as an assistant coach at J.M. Hanks HS in El Paso. During his tenure as Head Coach, he was instrumental in sending numerous players to continue their basketball careers at various colleges.

He has worked with multiple grassroots organizations such as El Paso Cobra Warriors, Lower Valley Wildcats, El Paso Tribe, and Phase 1 Hoops. Most recently, he was the Director of Operations of the Texas Tribe grassroots basketball organization in San Antonio.

When he's not coaching with ProSkills, Fernie Rizo serves as Principal of Rizo Insurance Group LLC, an Independent Local GlobalGreen Insurance Agency® Franchise.

Meredith Kennedy

Director of Womens Basketball

Coach Meredith Kennedy (aka Coach K) is originally from New Jersey. Following her Division I collegiate basketball career at Towson University in Maryland, she moved to Austin to attend graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin. With her two degrees in Kinesiology, Coach K has a true passion for coaching players in skill development, injury prevention and leadership building.

Scott Trinquier

Director of Player Development

Coach Scott Trinquier joins Nike Proskills with over 13 years of coaching and player development experience. He was the owner and director of a San Antonio grassroots basketball organization that coached and trained student athletes from middle school to the college level and even some professional players.

Coach Trinquier went on to be a high school varsity coach then at the college level. He also brings 4 years of playing professionally in Europe and Asia. Recently Coach Trinquier was Player Development Coach for San Antonio Spurs camps and Alamo City Hoops Elite Combines.
